A manifold is a device that connects one or more block/isolate valves of a hydraulic system. Valves of a hydraulic system can include a ball, needle, bleed and vent valves. These manifolds are mostly used for pressure transmitter, it has one block valve and one test valve. So if we need to calibrate the pressure transmitter then we should close the block valve and then open the drain valve. Then we can connect the drain valve connection to the pressure generator to give the test pressure.

Block and Bleed needle valves provide controlled flow to high-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems through both shut-off regulation and diversion. These needle valves deliver safe, reliable operation to 20,000 psi.

Monoflange valve enables the shutting off and venting of pressure measuring instruments. They function like traditional valves, but are particularly compact and also suitable for processes involving aggressive substances.

Medium pressure ball valves are designed to control fluid in full open and full close position. Ball Valves are suitable for installation in piping systems with connections at the same pressure load and corresponding connections or between flanges of the same pressure load and the same flange connection.

The high pressure 3 way ball valve can handle pressures up to 700 bars. The metal seated ball valves for high temperature can have different types of material for the valve, body, stem and handwheel. The high temp ball valves can be used in water heaters, heat exchangers, boilers and condensers.

A three-way ball valve has three ports or openings that are connected to piping or tubing for gas or fluid flow (media) to pass through. These ports are usually described as one inlet and two outlet ports or one outlet and two inlet ports depending upon the flow direction through the valve.

Toggle valves are designed for quick-acting and positive on / off control of media in moderate temperature and pressure applications. Toggle Valves offer manual and pneumatically actuated models for quick opening and closing.
